FirstCare Group Home provides accessible and affordable housing to ensure individuals can choose where and with whom they live, stay connected with their loved ones and feel safe.

Located throughout the county, our housing options include; Group Homes, Supervised Apartments and Supportive Living.


Adult Day Habilitation Services

We offer opportunities for individuals over the age of 21 to engage in recreational and educational activities that help them develop essential skills for everyday living.

A recent expansion allows for center-based programs in the community, including virtual activities through enhanced technology.


Recreation & Family Respite

We offer the chance to enjoy a wide range of activities that help people learn new skills and make new friends.

Whether it is playing a sport, attending an art class or enjoying a social event, we work with individuals and their families to stay engaged, achieve their dream and live the lives they choose.


Vocational & Employment Support

With the help of FirstCare Group Home, people with IDD can explore opportunities to gain employment that reflects their interests and abilities.

They can participate in a number of activities including our Job Club, developing computer skills, learning the job application process, wardrobe/hygiene and entrepreneurship.


Support Coordination & Case Management

Case Management is a collaborative process of assessment, planning, facilitation, coordination, evaluation and advocacy.

FirstCare Group Home will look for options and services to meet an individual’s and family’s needs, and identify all available resources to promote quality, cost-effective outcomes.
